Why did you choose an apprenticeship?
To learn the skills I needed to fulfil my job role.
What has been the most rewarding part of your apprenticeship so far?
As a more mature person who has not done any formal external training for over 20 years, I was made to feel at ease by the tutors.
What have you taken from the apprenticeship so far?
Both tutors went above and beyond in my Skills for Work journey to help me achieve an overall distinction in my course.
How have you progressed or plan to progress following your apprenticeship?
Completion of the course gave me the skills and knowledge to obtain a permanent position.
Do you have any additional comments?
I would like to thank the tutors for all of the training, support and guidance given in my apprenticeship. The course was delivered professionally without being too regimented, in a lighthearted manner, which I personally found made learning new skills an enjoyable experience. I always felt supported by the tutors and was able to contact them by email or Teams to discuss any aspects of the course or any concerns I had, and always received a prompt response.
