How did you hear about Skills for Work and their apprenticeship offer?

I am an apprentice myself, and appreciate the value and importance of such opportunities so I ensure I regularly share details across the team.

Was your apprenticeship for a new recruit or existing member of staff?

It was for an existing member of staff.

Why did you choose apprenticeship training for your staff member?

To support their continuous professional development.

What have been the main benefits of having an apprentice?

It has been fantastic having a member of staff on the apprenticeship, you can see how the learning is being embedded in their practice, and how they are building positive management and leadership qualities.

Are there any apprenticeships that you are interested in that we currently do not deliver?

It would be great to have more systems thinking training for level 5s.

Would you recommend Skills for Work to others?

Yes, the set-up is great, both the student and employer are well supported and it gives individuals the chance to build new skills and grow within the organisation.
