Learning new things that I have been able to adapt to my daily duties in my current role.

An increased and deeper understanding of the managerial role and duties.
How have you progressed or plan to progress following your apprenticeship?
With this apprenticeship, I will meet the requirements for my role. I will do further training and qualifications within my sector (sport and leisure).
Would you recommend an apprenticeship to others?
Yes, it's very beneficial for knowledge and skills progression, and also a great step for careers progression.
