Who this course is for

This course is fully funded and suitable for learners who are:

• Aged 19 or over
• Looking for customer office-based work or a career change into administration
• Employed (earning under £26,800 per annum), unemployed, or returning to work
• Competent in English Language and ICT to minimum Level 1 standard
